Nature of Coaching Services
The Coaching Services provided are coaching only. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and mindset development.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or any form of healthcare, and does not replace professional services such as mental health therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being
You are responsible for your decisions, choices, actions, and results
The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
Eligibility
All Coaching Services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By enrolling in or participating in Coaching Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Coaching Relationship
The coaching relationship is professional in nature and does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, legal, fiduciary, or employment relationship.
The Coach does not make decisions for you, direct your actions, or guarantee outcomes. All decisions and actions remain solely your responsibility.
Group Coaching Acknowledgment
When participating in group-based Coaching Services, you acknowledge that:
Coaching may involve shared discussion and interaction with other participants
Confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed
The Coach is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of other participants
Confidentiality
The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared during Coaching Services, except where disclosure is required by law (including but not limited to risk of harm to self or others).
In group settings, all participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. However, you acknowledge that the Coach cannot guarantee confidentiality in a group environment and is not liable for breaches by other participants.
No Recording Policy
No recording of any kind is permitted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Audio recordings
Video recordings
Screen recordings
Photography
Neither participants nor the Coach may record Coaching Services. Any attempt to record may result in immediate removal from Coaching Services without refund.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable. No refunds are provided for missed sessions, late arrivals, early withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with Coaching Services. If the Coach cancels a session or program, the Coach may offer a reschedule, alternative, or refund at the Coach’s discretion.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Attendance, Scheduling & Participation
You are responsible for attending Coaching Services as scheduled. Late arrivals do not extend session time. Missed sessions are forfeited and non-refundable. Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for honoring your own boundaries.
Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, exercises, concepts, frameworks, and content provided during Coaching Services are the intellectual property of the Coach.
These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, sold, or used for teaching or training others without prior written permission.
Code of Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully and responsibly during Coaching Services.
The Coach reserves the right to remove or terminate participation if you:
Violate these Terms & Conditions
Engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Create an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for others
Removal or termination due to conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund.
No Guarantees
The Coach makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or specific achievements. Individual results vary and depend on factors beyond the Coach’s control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in Coaching Services.
You agree to release and hold harmless the Coach from any claims related to your participation in Coaching Services.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in, purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any Coaching Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
