Meet Becky
Welcome, friends!
I am looking forward to serving you through individual or group coaching programs, online workshops, courses, in-person events, and retreats.
But first, a little bit about me.
Most of the programs here will be facilitated by me, with a few guest teachers. All of the materials have been created by me.
As a neurodiverse person, I have many special interests and experiences. I’ll share a few of them here:
Neurodiversity; trauma; AI; disaster relief; somatic therapy; interfaith spirituality; creativity; writing; shamanism; hypnotherapy; breathwork; improv; ecstatic dance; ecopsychology; health and nutrition; healing; fashion and beauty; financial well-being; healthy sexuality; and cognitive and transpersonal psychology.
I haven’t quite gotten to all of them yet, and I’m sure that by the time I do, there will be many more.
Here’s what I have done so far:
Public education teaching
Teacher training
Corporate training
University lecturer in the arts
Small business owner of an education company
Social work and clinical social work
Disaster relief
Interfaith ministry
PhD in progress in somatic psychology
But most of all, I am a teacher.
It is one of the great joys of my life to put things together in ways that help solve problems. That’s why I created these therapy-adjacent groups: they are based on my skills and expertise, as well as on what I see clients truly need—direct, thoughtful, informed guidance that is affordable, community-centered, and genuinely helpful.
About the Programs
These offerings are a little different from therapy. However, I do have extensive training as a clinician, which feels important—especially so I can help refer people to additional support outside the group if needed.
In our work together, I will present a set of didactic materials. We’ll discuss them, apply them to our lives, support one another, and co-create new techniques and resources—drawing on the power of each person’s lived experience.
What’s great about groups is that they offer support out of isolation and can generate especially powerful insights. The healing can be deep, and the resources plentiful. What’s great about coaching is its focus on skill development and on finding actionable solutions to current life challenges. As a former teacher, this deeply appeals to me—it fills in gaps that are not always addressed in a traditional one-to-one therapy session.
Therapy is sweet, and I would never give up the ability to do deep, individual work processing past trauma. One-to-one therapy is particularly well suited for that. For developing skills to meet the demands of modern life, however, coaching truly shines.
I’ve created these workshops as curated sets of materials and experiences, guided by someone you can trust—that’s me. You could, of course, find much of this information online, but you would miss the group, the camaraderie, the real-time wisdom of others, the opportunity to heal attachment patterns, and the benefit of my 40-plus years of experience putting meaningful programs together.
I hope to see you soon!
